1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mega Brain Connector application ("App") developed and operated by Contractor Sync Marketing Group ("CSMG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mega Brain Connector is an internal agency operations platform that integrates with GoHighLevel to provide automated client management, reporting, workflow optimization, lead management, pipeline tracking, conversation monitoring, and performance reporting. The App is designed for use exclusively by authorized CSMG team members and agency partners.

3. Authorized Use

The App is intended for use by authorized personnel of Contractor Sync Marketing Group and its affiliated sub-accounts. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Data Handling and API Usage

The App accesses GoHighLevel account data through authorized OAuth 2.0 connections. Data accessed includes but is not limited to contacts, conversations, calendar entries, opportunities, workflows, and reporting metrics. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell, share, or distribute client data to unauthorized third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API tokens. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Contractor Sync Marketing Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSMG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSMG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
